Why I Built This

I’ve trained hard, dealt with injuries, and lived on both sides of confidence and hesitation.

At one point, I trusted my body more while recovering from an ACL injury than I did years later when I was leaner and more conditioned.

That disconnect is what most fitness plans ignore.
